ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "FOR EXTENSION OF TIME " and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 31.01.2022 and the subsequent order dated 16.11.2022and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram District vide in letter D.No.5695, dated 27.06.2023, seeking further extension of time of eight months for disposal of the case in S.C.No.189 of 2021, pending on the file of the Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram District, this Court made the following order:- Today, this Criminal Original Petition is listed under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.Nos.81 and 189 of 2021. 2.This Court has already disposed of the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 31.01.2022 and directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Mudhukulathur, to dispose of the case in S.C.No.189 of 2021 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the learned Judicial Magistrate, requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, six months time is granted for disposing of S.C.Nos.81 and 189 of 2021 and the learned Subordinate Judge, Mudhukulathur, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
