(Order of the Court was made by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.) The Writ Petition has been directed against the E-Auction Sale Notice, dated 22.12.2021, issued by the 1st respondent, fixing the date and time of sale as 27.01.2022, between 12.30 p.m. and 1.30 p.m.

2.Mr.C.Karthick, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submitted that the sale could not be held for want of bidders. Hence, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. No costs.
