This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent the petitioner was only called for enquiry and there is no harassment by the 2nd respondents police. It is further submitted that now, the complaint was closed by the 2nd respondent police.

3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
