O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No. 539 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that in the present case after completion of investigation final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Usilampatti and the same is pending. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. 3.Since this petition is filed to quash the FIR, now the first respondent police, after completion of investigation filed final report before the concerned Court and as per FIR there are some allegations to constitute the offence against the petitioner, it is for the petitioner to challenge the final report, in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved. 4.In view of the same, preserving liberty of the petitioner to challenge the final report, this criminal original petition stands closed.
