ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner on the guise of investigation pursuant to the complaint given by the second respondent viz., Mary Merlin.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
