This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent. This Court has paid its anxious consideration to the submissions made on either side.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed. He would submit that the first respondent is neither harassing the petitioner nor interested in harassing the petitioner whatsoever.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is made clear that now the presence of the petitioner is not necessary to the respondent police either for interrogation or for enquiry.
