Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.KARUNAKARAN.K.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16018 of 2020, dated 30.12.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first Monday of every month, till the filling of the final report and the committal proceedings are over.
