This petition has been filed seeking for modification of the condition imposed by this Court wherein, this court directed the petitioner to report before the police daily at 10.30 a.m until furthers.

2.The modification has been sought for on the ground that A1 was murdered in this case as retaliation and hence the petitioner faces some life threat. The petitioner therefore wants to report before the Umachikulam police station. 3.The above fact was also confirmed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent police. 4.In the light of the above discussions, condition No.5(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.390 of 2025, dated 09.01.2025 is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the Inspector of Police, Umachikulam Police Station, Madurai District daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 27/01/2025 / TRUE COPY / /02/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
