(MD) No.5081 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD) No.146 of 2017, dated.12.10.2020. Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.ANANDAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.BHARATHI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5081 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.146 of 2020 dated 12.10.2020.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that this Court has granted suspension of sentence to the petitioner on 11.05.2020, directing the petitioner to appear before the Court daily twice at 10.30 a.m., and 05.00 p.m. It is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and prayed the condition to be relaxed.

CRL MP(MD) No.1060 of 2021 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5081 of 2020 in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.2824 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.146 of 2020 dated 12.10.2020. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
