ORDER

The present petition is filed to direct the respondents to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued by the Judicial Magistrate Level (Fast Track Court) No.2, Madurai, in S.T.C.No.187 of 2016 at the hands of the 2nd respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the efforts are being taken to nab the accused / 3rd respondent, who is the convict in S.T.C.No.187 of 2016 very earliest.

3. In view of the above, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai, is directed to oversee the efforts taken by the second respondent in executing the warrant issued against the third respondent.

4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
