RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Grant Leave to file the Criminal Appeal against the Judgment in Criminal Appeal in C.A.No.87 of 2016 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai dated 16.02.2018 in C.C.No.222 of 2012 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Arupukottai, Viruthunagar District and thus render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.RAJASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and respondent not appeared either in person or by an advocate, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking leave to file Criminal Appeal, as against the judgment dated 16.02.2018 made in C.A.No.87 of 2016 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai.

2.Though notice has been served on the respondent, none appeared on his behalf either in person nor through his counsel. 3.Hence this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and leave is granted.

4.Registry is directed to number the appeal, if papers or otherwise in order and post the appeal for admission, along with the Crl.OP(MD)No.5903 of 2018.
