ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.3731 of 2015 by the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai granted bail to the petitioner imposing condition that he should appear before the respondents police twice a day at 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., for 30 days. 3.It is further submitted that the petitioner is resident of Earvadi and he has been complying the condition for the past 12 days and he find it very difficult to comply the condition at Madurai. He further submitted that the respondent police has already recovered all the material evidence.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the major part of the investigation is over and the petitioner is complying the condition for the past 12 days.

5. Considering the fact, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. 6.With the above modification, this petition is disposed of. sd/- Assistant Registrar(CO) /True copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To 1.The Inspector of Police,Perunkudi Police Station, Madurai District. 2.The Judicial Magistrate IV, Madurai.
