PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.21 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 109(1), 118(1), 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 351(3) of BNS, in Crime No.21 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners were arrested in another case in Crime No.24 of 2025, on the file of the Vellipalayam Police Station, and they were formally arrested in this case. The respondent police are in the process of producing the petitioners through a PT warrant.
3. In view of the above, there is no question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners. As and when the petitioners are produced before the concerned Court through PT warrant, it is left open for the petitioners to file a bail application and work out their remedy.
