No.1 of 2019 in G.W.O.P. No. 120 of 2019 and dispose of the same within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption for "Notice Section default cases" and upon perusing the petitions and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. M. Kannan, Advocate for the Petitioner, this court having granted time Three Weeks from 10.10.2022, for compliance of the defects, as condition precedent and the said Advocate, not having complied with the said direction of this Court, it is ordered that this Civil Revision Petition do stand dismissed against the sole respondent.
