ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents particularly the second respondent to register the case against the accused persons namely Alagesan and Karuppaiah based on the complaint of the Petitioner, dated 27.01.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law and also file the final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered in Crime No.26 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 465 and 506(i) of I.P.C https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
