ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 06.07.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that one Mala has married the petitioner by suppressing the earlier marriage and hence he gave a complaint before the second respondent on 06.07.2017, but so far no action being taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) has submitted that the said Mala already married with one Eswara Moorthy and subsequently she got divorce by filing H.M.O.P.No.36 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Court, Aruppukottai. Further he has submitted that the said complaint is still pending and he undertakes to instruct the second respondent to expedite the said enquiry.

5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to enquire the above said matter and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

6. With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
