2. Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) accepts notice for the respondents.

Mr.R.Karthic Rajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that Adal Padal Programme is scheduled to be held on 07.02.2021 at Theerampalaym, Thiruvallarai Post, Mannachanallur Taluk, Trichy District. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 29.01.2021 to the second respondent and so far, no action has been taken by the respondents.

In the circumstances, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.01.2021 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

WP(MD)No.1991 of 2021 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
