ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in S.C.No.141 of 2019 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramathapuram.
2. The defacto complainant Sathiyaraj is present in person before this Court. He has been duly identified by Thiru.K.Rajkumar, HC-1866 attached to Ramanathapuram Town Police Station, Ramanathapuram. The defacto complainant categorically states before this Court that he has no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings. Since the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement, no purpose will be served in keeping the impugned proceedings alive. The parties have also filed a joint compromise memo dated 31.01.2022. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1887 of 2022 Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Compromise Memo shall form part of the record. The benefit of this order will enure in favour of the non-petitioning accused also.
