This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to direct the 1st and 2nd Respondents to provide adequate and effective Police protection to the petitioner's absolute possession in survey No.239/13 and for life and limb from the respondents 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 and to harvest grown paddy, based on the representation dated 23.01.2020

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondent submits that in respect of cultivating paddy in Survey No.239/13 in Natham Village rival claims are made by the parties. CRL.O.P.(MD)No.1717 of 2020 would also submit that the petitioner has given a complaint which has been taken in CSR No. 332 of 2019, wherein he had shown the counter persons as respondents 3 to 7. He would also submit that respondent police will conduct suitable enquiry and based on the outcome of the enquiry appropriate action will be taken. 3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
