ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A5 in Crime No.227 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.08.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 362, 397, 120(b) and 414 of I.P.C., seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 22.09.2014, when the defacto complainant collected the amount and returned his vehicle at that time, the first accused along with others waylaid the vehicle and attacked him with knife.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and it is further submitted that the petitioner is a Fireman working in Tamil Nadu Fire Service Department.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the co-accused were already released on bail by this Court on 18.09.2015 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18061 of 2015.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kovilpatti and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
