O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking for a direction to the respondents to register a case based on his complaint, dated 01.01.2018, within a stipulated time.

2. On a reading of the complaint, dated 01.01.2018, given by the petitioner, it is seen that the averments do not satisfy the judicial conscience of this Court for issuing a direction as prayed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ for in this criminal original petition, especially in the light of

the law laid down by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt., Ltd., represented by its Director Rajendra Sheth No.7C, Second Canal Cross Road, Gandhi Nagar, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 vs. The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J-2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai600 020 and another, reported in 2016 (2) CTC 286.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - Police also submitted that it has become a routine practice for the petitioner, who is having several cases to his credit, to make complaints against Police Officers to the Vigilance and AntiCorruption Department and seek for directions from this Court. In fact, his earlier petition in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.21064 of 2016, has been dismissed by this Court on 19.01.2017.

4. In view of the above, the criminal original petition is devoid of merits and it is dismissed.
