This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register FIR on the complaint dated 29.01.2018 against the proposed accused and proceed the same as per law within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that based on the fresh complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.172 of 2018 under Sections 279 and 337 IPC.

3.Recording the abovesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
