ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to include Section 506(i) IPC in Crime No.21 of 2019 of pending investigation by the third respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case has been charge sheeted and the final report was laid on 10.02.2019 and as per the final report, the Investigating Agency has provided materials for sufficient to frame charges under Sections 294(b) and 323 IPC.

4. This Court went through the papers. Inasmuch as the final report has also been laid, the learned Magistrate is directed to apply his mind to ascertain if the materials available before him disclose any commission of any offence under Section 506(i) IPC and frame charges.
