O R D E R
This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 19.12.2017.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner borrowed a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- from one Mani and subsequently, he has repaid the said amount with interest, but not satisfied with the same, the said Mani and his brother namely Sathyanarayanan are demanding Rs.21,00,000/- by charging exorbitant interest and also caused damage to the properties of the petitioner and hence the petitioner has sent a complaint to the first respondent by RPAD on 19.12.2017, but no action has been taken so far.

respondent on 19.12.2017 and same has been forwarded to the second respondent and after receipt of the said complaint the second respondent has commenced enquiry and he further submitted that he will instruct the second respondent to expedite the enquiry and dispose of the matter.
5.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals that any cognizable offence is made out, he has to register the case and proceed in accordance with law.
6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
