This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondent submits that there was a road accident involving the petitioner and the wife of the third respondent in respect of which enquiry was conducted by the second respondent and during enquiry the petitioner was not harassed.

3. The third respondent appeared before this Court and stated that the petitioner was not harassed.
