RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m passed in Crl.O.P.No.15340 of 2020 by this Honourable Court dated 30/12/2020. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.E.MEYYAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.GANESAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15340 of 2020, dated 30.12.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in 15 days at 10.00 a.m.
