ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.

2 to 4, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 323, 406, 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.16 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused have harassed the defacto complainant by demanding additional dowry. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely roped in this case and further submitted that the first accused, who is the husband of the defacto complainant had already filed H.M.O.P.No.721 of 2015 before the Family Court, Madurai for Restitution of Conjugal Rights.

A1 was arrested and released on bail and these petitioners are in-laws of the defacto complainant and pray for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.Considering the facts, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
