Seeking to quash the final report filed by the police before the III Additional Sessions Court [PCR], Madurai in Spl.S.C.No.30 of 2020, the present Criminal Original Petition is filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first and second respondents would contend that Spl.S.C.No.30 of 2020 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Court [PCR], Madurai, ended in acquittal on 24.05.2022 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
