O R D E R

The present petition has filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner.

2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, 1/3

would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner with the second respondent was registered in CSR No.22 of 2021 and posted for enquiry.

3.Recording the said submissions, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 17.01.2021, based on findings and on merits, after giving notice to the private respondents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.

4.With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
