This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to implement the order in W.P(MD)No.18221 of 2020 dated 11.12.2020 and allot a house to the petitioner at Panchayat Board Colony, Avaniyapuram, Madurai District under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Scheme in light of the order passed by the third respondent dated 05.01.2021. 2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the name of the petitioner was not added as a beneficiary, since the whereabouts of the petitioner is not known. 3.In view of the same, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court and the Writ Petition is disposed of.
