To call for the records relating to the Fair and Decreetal order dated 31/08/2006 made in WOP.7/2003 on the file of Principal Sub Judge, Thanjavur and setaside the same as illegal and allow the CRP as prayed for and thus render justice.

3. This Court is of the view that to meet the ends of justice and also to give an one more opportunity to the petitioner, the petition would be allowed on certain condition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the main Civil Revision Petition is restored to file on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court.
