No. 710 of 2014 in O.S. No. 94 of 2006 pending therein within time fixed by this Honourable Court by allowing this Civil Revision petition and thus render justice. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order passed in this Petition, and upon perusing the letter received from the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tenkasi in D. No.531 dated 09.03.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. H.Arumugam, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s S.Ananthi, Advocate for R4, R6 and R7, this Court made the following Order:

By order dated 08.10.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the final decree petition in I.A. No.710 of 2014 in O.S. No.94 of 2006 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. The court below has submitted a letter in D.No.531/2021 dated 09.03.2021, whereby citing the reason that the commissioner has not yet filed his final report, the learned Judge has sought for time extension to comply with the above order dated 08.10.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Being satisfied with the reason stated by the learned Judge, time is extended by three months to comply with the order dated 08.10.2020.
