This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to implement the order in W.P(MD)No.18220 of 2020 dated 11.12.2020 and allot a house to the petitioner at Panchayat Board Colony, Avaniyapuram, Madurai District under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Scheme in light of the order passed by the third respondent dated 05.01.2021. 2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent submitted that the petitioner was found eligible and that she has already been allotted a flat.
