This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint lodged by the third respondent with the second respondent, was registered in Current Petition No.N4/24019/ 1626/G/2020 and after enquiry the same was closed.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
