ORDER

Seeking direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 197 of 2023 from the file of the second respondent to any other police station, this criminal original petition is filed.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime NO.197 of 2023 has been completed and final report has also been filed and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.661 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivaikundam. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to file a petition under Section 193(9) BNSS for further investigation.
