The petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the third respondent to give adequate protection to the life and limb of the petitioners by considering the petitioners' representation, dated 02.01.2021.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), based upon the complaint given by the petitioners, C.S.R.94/2021 has been registered and when the petitioners were called upon to appear for enquiry, only two petitioners have appeared and hence, it has been kept pending.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), there shall be a direction to the petitioners to appear before the Enquiry Officer within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also co-operate with the Enquiry Officer for completing the enquiry. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
