Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 120(b), 418,468, 464 and 470 of IPC in Cr.No.4 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that A1 impersonated himself as owner of the property and create power of attorny and thereafter executed sale deed in favour of A2 and A2 inturn had executed sale deed in favour of the defacto complainant and thereafter when the defacto complainant prepared to construct work in the said place, he came to know that one Senthil Murugan is the owner of the property . Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. .

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that Senthil Murugan is the owner of the property and the petitioners herein have created a forged sale deed.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner has created forged sale deed, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
