PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members which is civil nature.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.15 of 2018 and the same was closed. The same is recorded. 4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
