ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.77 of 2018 pending on the file of the 4th respondent to the 5th respondent based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 01.02.2018.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the case has already been transferred from the file of the third respondent to the Additional Superintendent of Police, Head Quarters, Pudukkottai by proceedings dated 01.09.2018 of the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Trichy Range.

3.In view of the subsequent development, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
