ORDER

The present petition is filed to change the Investigating Agency.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.120 of 2018 has been completed and the same has been closed as mistake of fact and referred charge sheet has also been filed on 06.10.2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Thoothukudi.

4. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a copy of the referred charge sheet has not been forwarded to him and nor he was informed about the same.

5.Recording the statement of the Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the petitioner to move the concerned Magistrate to pursue his remedies available to him under law.

6.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
