ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the representation dated 22.02.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that neither a complaint nor any case is pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police and the second respondent is neither harassing the petitioner nor interested in harassing the petitioner wharsoever.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) it is made clear that now the presence of the petitioner is not necessary to the respondent police either for interrogation or for enquiry.
