ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.889 of 2017 from the file of the third respondent to any other competent investigation officer.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation in this case is already over and the final report is filed and Referred Charge Sheet Notice is also served on the petitioner.

3. In the above circumstances, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
