2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is matrimonial dispute between the parties and the matter was already referred to the Mediation Centre and it is pending.

3.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry and dispose of the petition filed by the defacto complainant within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above said direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
