3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the respondent police is directed to dispose the enquiry within a period of three weeks.
