ORDER

The present petitioner has been filed seeking to number the transfer O.P in Diary.No.3605 of 2022 that was filed on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Srivilliputhur.

2. The revision was filed on the ground that though it was filed long back, it was not numbered by the learned District Judge. A report was called from the learned District Judge. As per the report of the learned District Judge, the transfer O.P was posted for maintainability and the learned counsel for the petitioner has not appeared on any occasions or he has sought time to make his submissions. Therefore, there was some delay in numbering the transfer O.P. 2/4

3. Now, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the transfer O.P is numbered as Tr.O.P.No.33 of 2023 and posted on 06.03.2023.

4. In view of the subsequent development, no further orders are required in this revision petition. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
