To set aside the judgment and decree dated 05.12.2018 passed in O.S.No.89 of 2015 on the file of 1st Additional District Court, Tuticorin.
ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.KADARKARAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.P.SENTHI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 & 2, the court made the following order:- The petitioners seek vacation of the interim stay granted in CMP(MD)No.4607/2019, dated 26.08.2019.
The decree being one for recovery of possession, if the stay granted is vacated, the appeal would become infructuous. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
