ORDER

Heard Mr.P.Balamurugan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4, Ms.M.Aasha, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for respondents 5 to 7 and Mr.K.Anandraj, learned counsel for the eighth respondent.

2. Without going into the merits of the case raised by the petitioner as well as the respondents, considering the fact that a representation has been made by the petitioner on 21.12.2024 and also the fact that the "Mahasivarathiri Maasi Thiruvizha" is scheduled to be conducted from 25.02.2025 to 27.02.2025, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass

orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today. It is made clear that while considering the representation, the second respondent shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any other interested persons.

3. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
