By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

2.This writ petition is filed seeking to forbear the 2nd respondent from laying a road in respect of the petitioner's property bearing S.No. 629/1A2 situated in Kannanallur village, Thisaiyanvilai Taluk, Tirunelveli District by considering the representation given by the Petitioner dated 30.12.2024. 3.Heard the learned counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4.The petitioner requests the respondents to conduct a survey before proceeding with the laying of a road.

5.In view of the same, the respondents are directed to look into the matter and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
