ORDER

The petitioner / son of the third respondent has approached this Court seeking protection from his father for his proposed renovation work.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the portion of the asbestos roof was broken and the same needs to be replaced.

3. Earlier both the petitioner and the third respondent have preferred complaints each other and the same was enquired and closed. He also added that civil suit is pending between the parties.

4. Since the civil suit is pending between the parties, the petitioner is well advised to move the civil Court for appropriate remedies. In the mean time, if he faces any threat perception to his life and liberty from his own father, he may prefer a fresh complaint to the second respondent. On receipt of the same, the second respondent may conduct such necessary enquiry to accord https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

necessary protection for the petitioner's life and liberty.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
