ORDER

The present petition is filed for quashing the FIR in Cr.No.354 of 2018, dated 18.11.2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kariapatti Police Station, Virudhunagar District. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that no part of the FIR provides any ingredients of the offences as

indicated above.

4.On carefully going through the FIR, this Court finds that there are prima facie materials for the specific overt act attributed to each of the accused / petitioners herein necessary for constituting offences. Since the investigation is not yet completed, this is too premature to consider the grievance or otherwise of the allegations made in the FIR 5.Hence, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
